1. Scope of Services

We provide plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance services to residential and commercial customers. All services will be performed by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable local codes and industry standards.

2. Estimates & Pricing

  • All quotes or estimates are valid for 60 days from the date issued.
  • Estimates are based on the information provided at the time and may be subject to change if additional work, materials, or permits are required.
  • Hourly rates, material costs, and any additional fees will be outlined before work begins whenever possible.

3. Appointments, Scheduling, and Communication

  • Messaging Terms & Conditions: You agree to receive informational messages (Marketing and promotional messages, appointment reminders, account notifications, etc.) from BrightHouse Plumbing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us at service@brighthouseco.com. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Marketing and promotional messages may include: Offers, Discounts, Promotions, etc.
  • We will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time frame, but unforeseen delays may occur.
  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Missed or last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods include: cash, check, credit/debit, etc..
  • Overdue invoices may incur late fees at 5% per 28 days and may be referred to collections.

5. Warranty & Guarantees

  • We guarantee workmanship for 1 year from the date of service.
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to materials or parts used.
  • Warranty claims do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unrelated issues.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe and clear access to work areas.
  • Ensure all necessary approvals or permissions are obtained (e.g., landlord consent, HOA approval).
  • Shut off water supply if requested to prevent damage prior to service.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing plumbing issues or damage.
  • Damage caused by hidden defects or conditions not visible at the time of service.
  • Consequential damages, including water damage, mold growth, or loss of use, unless caused by our proven negligence.

8. Permits & Code Compliance

Where required, we will assist in obtaining permits, but customers are responsible for associated costs. All work will comply with applicable codes to the best of our ability based on known site conditions.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, or supply shortages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State].

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website or provided upon request.
